Bio
Henri Mallet has been at the helm of the Tommies men’s volleyball program since the 2017–18 season. Since taking over, he has led the program to sustained success, capturing five ACAA Championships in eight seasons of competition, along with three fifth-place finishes at the CCAA National Championships. His leadership has also been recognized individually, earning ACAA Men’s Volleyball Coach of the Year honours four times.
After guiding the Tommies to an ACAA Championship in his first season, Mallet continued to build one of the premier programs in the conference, emphasizing a team-first culture and competitive excellence.
He brings a wealth of experience to the position, having led the New Brunswick Canada Games beach volleyball team twice and served as an assistant coach with the AUS champion UNB Varsity Reds men’s program from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Mallet was involved with the 18U MAE Volleyball Club (2014–2016), the NB NTCC Team (2014), and the Ottawa Gee-Gees women’s volleyball program at the University of Ottawa (2011–2013).
